What the service is

Arblane is a software toolkit that helps you trade prediction markets on Polymarket International (polymarket.com) using your own Polygon wallet. We provide market data, strategies, analytics, and a relay path for signed orders. We are not a broker, custodian, exchange, or financial advisor. All trades happen between you and Polymarket's CLOB; we relay messages, we do not intermediate funds.

What you agree to

By creating an account you agree that:

• You are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where prediction-market trading is illegal for you. Compliance with your local law is your responsibility.
• You will not use Arblane to circumvent Polymarket's geo restrictions (including but not limited to VPN-based circumvention).
• You will use only wallets that you legally control and have authority to sign transactions for.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Markets may be illiquid, malfunctioning, or in dispute at any time. The Polymarket CLOB, the UMA oracle, and Polygon mainnet are operated by independent third parties; their outages, bugs, or governance decisions are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express and implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Geo-compliance is your responsibility

We mirror Polymarket's geo restrictions. If your IP resolves to a blocked region you get read-only access; close-only regions get close-only mode. If you misrepresent your location (e.g. by VPN) you are in breach of these terms and Polymarket's terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that circumvent geo restrictions.

No financial advice

Nothing in Arblane's UI, copy, strategies, alerts, or documentation is investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategies are software you choose to run; outputs (paper or live) are not predictions or recommendations. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes, including losses.

You secure your own wallet

Your wallet's private keys are entirely under your control. We never receive them. If you lose your wallet keys, seed phrase, or passphrase, we cannot recover access to funds in that wallet — and Polymarket cannot either. Back up your wallet recovery material via the wallet provider's recommended procedure.

Subscriptions and fees

During open beta the service is free. When paid plans launch, subscription terms (including renewal, cancellation, and refunds) will be set out in the in-product billing flow. Beta users will be grandfathered with continued free access. Trading-related on-chain fees (gas, Polymarket fees, slippage) are not refundable; they are outside our control.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-product settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms (including geo-restriction circumvention, abuse, or attempted circumvention of safety guards). Open positions on Polymarket are unaffected by account termination — they remain in your wallet because we never held them.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continued use after the announced effective date constitutes acceptance.
